As I have been involved in sport my whole life, my passion for health and fitness is what attracted me to Personal Training. It is the perfect outlet to share my passion with others who are looking to make positive changes to their current lifestyle.

I believe Personal Training should be something that is fun, challenging and also very rewarding to those who are willing to commit and work alongside their trainer towards their individual goals.

Through my knowledge I can help them make life long positive changes in exercise, nutrition and lifestyles.

I develop programs that are constantly changing − just like their needs and their progress. I believe that exercise should be fun and assist you to meet your fitness goals. A realistic approach that fits into your lifestyle is one that you are more likely to continue long-term.

Throughout my life I have enjoyed keeping fit and with that has come a wonderful sense of wellbeing, not only physically but also mentally. Because of this I have attained my Personal Training Certificate so that I can now share this exhilarating feeling with you, so that you too can enjoy all of the wonderful things that life has to offer through fitness.

Being a breast cancer survivor I am extremely passionate about helping other survivors regain not only the confidence in themselves that may have been lost during this difficult journey, but also assist them in regaining their strength, fitness and range of movement through an exercise program written specifically with the assistance of their medical team. I know through my own personal experience how much getting back into physical activity help me in all aspects of my life moving on from breast cancer.

Working with the more mature adult is also a desire of mine. Just because we are ageing doesn't mean we are no longer able to enjoy life. To keep fit and active in both body and mind as we age is vital for our confidence, and the more fit we are the more able we are of enjoying an active lifestyle as we age.

I would love to share my passion for fitness with you and help guide you towards that feeling of wellbeing that I have felt and still feel.
