We work with you to achieve the results you want to achieve. A program tailored specifically for you, your goals and your lifestyle.
You will then work one on one with your trainer at a venue of your choice.
All initial sessions are about 15 minutes longer than regular sessions. This enables your trainer to assess things
such as lifestyle, diet, strength, flexibility and injuries.
Fit Friends (2 or more)
If you have a friend or two that are interested in training, why not take the opportunity to catch up and do something good for
yourselves at the same time. Share the cost of having a Personal Trainer and still get personalised programming and monitoring. This
is a fun and motivating way to train.
Group Fit (maximum 12 people)
If you would like to join a group and exercise and train with others, then join one of our Group Sessions. We only have a maximum
of 12 participants and it is a great way to train on a budget. No matter what your fitness level we can cater for you.
Kids After School Exercise Session
This program is designed to show children that exercise, and being active, is more than just running. Classes are held at various
locations after school.
Running Group
This is for those who want to learn how to run, run with other runners or for those who want to take their running to a new level.
These running sessions involve social running, distance running, interval/hill work and technique drills. For all Firmanfit clients the
running group is FREE. Please feel free to bring a friend along. If they are not an existing client a fee of $5 is payable to participate.
Join one of our scheduled groups sessions (see timetable) or form your own group and train at
a time that suits you.
